This summer, IRAP released a practice advisory on Avoiding Requests for Evidence in Refugee Family Reunification (I-730) Petitions. For German legal practitioners and advocates, IRAP and Equal Rights Beyond Borders (ERBB) published a guide, Reunited in Germany, providing information on steps to take after arriving in Germany through a family reunification pathway.
