Practice Advisory

This summer, IRAP released a practice advisory on Avoiding Requests for Evidence in Refugee Family Reunification (I-730) Petitions. For German legal practitioners and advocates tobogã inflavel, IRAP and Equal Rights Beyond Borders (ERBB) published a guide, Reunited in Germany, providing information on steps to take after arriving in Germany through a family reunification pathway.

In May, IRAP released the USRAP Practice Guide, a first-of-its-kind, in-depth resource for advocates who are representing refugees overseas, along with the recording of the launch roundtable event featuring IRAP’s legal experts insuflaveis.
